• 1.5 oz – Plantation 3 star rum
• 1.5 oz – Appleton estate rum
• 1 oz – Plantation OFTD rum
• 1 bar spoon – Pernod
• 1 tsp – Grenadine
• 1 dash – Angostura bitters
• 0.75 oz – Lime juice
• 0.5 oz – California falernum
• 0.5 oz – Grapefruit juice
• 0.25 oz – Cinnamon syrup

Combine all ingredients in shaking tin with ice

Shake well, float Plantation OFTD rum on top

Garnish with grated cinnamon
