- 2 oz – Pineapple juice
- 1.5 oz – Plantation 3 star rum
- 1 drop – blue food coloring
- 0.75 oz – Pierre Ferrand dry curacao
- 0.75 oz – Creme of coconut
- 0.5 oz – Lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in shaking tin with ice
