Make orgeat syrup

- 100 g – sugar
- 100 g – almond milk
Combine sugar and almond milk in a vacuum seal bag

- 0.5 tsp – almond extract
Add almond extract if using

Seal bag using vacuum sealer

Sous vide at 130°F / 54°C for 1.5–2 hours

Massage bag once midway through cooking to fully dissolve sugar

Remove from water bath, let cool

- 10 ml – neutral spirit
- 5 ml – orange flower water
Add 5 ml orange flower water + 10 ml neutral spirit (optional)
