• 1.5 oz – Plantation 3 star rum
• 1.5 oz – Orange juice
• 1.5 oz – Lemon juice
• 1 oz – Hotaling Apple brandy
• 0.5 oz – Sherry
• 0.5 oz – Gin
• 0.5 oz – Orgeat

Combine all ingredients in shaking tin with ice

Shake well, strain into glass

Garnish with mint sprig
