The Droid's Caboose

• 2 dashes – celery bitters
• 1 oz – Monkey Shoulder scotch
• 1 oz – mezcal
• 0.75 oz – Orgeat
• 0.75 oz – lime juice

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice

Stir well, strain into chilled coupe glass
